Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States.

• Standard shipping is a flat $6.00 per order, and free on orders of $75.00 or more. The $75.00 is based on your merchandise subtotal, before tax.
• Every item is printed to order. Orders arrive within 5 business days of purchase: up to 2 business days to print and ship, then up to 3 business days in transit.
• Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Returns & exchanges

30-day returns on unworn items. If we made a mistake, we cover all costs.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final.

How to start a return

1. Submit a request on our returns page before sending anything back. Items sent without an approved request may be refused.
2. We'll review your request and reply by email.
3. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address and instructions.

If we made a mistake

If we sent the wrong item or size, or your item arrived defective or with a printing problem, we pay return shipping and ship your replacement free. Please include photos with your request.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size

You pay return shipping, and original shipping isn't refunded. After you send your return, email your tracking number or proof of return to jaywatts521@gmail.com.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage for a full refund. If there's visible wear or damage, we may issue a partial refund based on our inspection.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your item. You can also choose an exchange or store credit when you submit your request.
